We are looking for U.S.-based taskers to help train and evaluate Large Language Models. This role requires a unique combination of Python programming skills and a background in Medical Coding to ensure AI models can accurately handle healthcare-related data and logic.
- Must be currently residing in the United States. (Proof of residency/work authorization may be required during the onboarding process).
- Evaluate & Rank: Review Python code generated by AI for accuracy and efficiency.
- Create Data: Write high-quality prompts and code solutions involving ICD-10, CPT, and other medical coding standards.
- Refine Logic: Help the model understand complex medical documentation through RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
- Experience: 1–3 years of Python development.
- Niche Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Medical Coding.
