WHAT I NEED:

I run a personal brand called The Geo Method (cold calling & sales training for high-ticket B2B).

I have an active Twitter/X account with regular content. I need someone to:

  1. Create a pseudonymous LinkedIn account called "Geo Method" (NOT my real name - this is a separate brand account)
  2. Repurpose my Twitter content for LinkedIn (adapt tone, format, style for LinkedIn audience)
  3. Grow the LinkedIn account using organic tactics (commenting, engaging, posting consistently)
  4. Post 3-5 times per week (mix of repurposed Twitter content + original LinkedIn posts)
  5. Engage with my target audience (sales directors, business owners, financial services professionals)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation (70% of role):

  • Review my Twitter posts weekly
  • Select 3-5 best-performing tweets
  • Rewrite them for LinkedIn (longer form, more professional tone, case studies, storytelling)
  • Format with line breaks, emojis, hooks (LinkedIn-specific best practices)
  • Create LinkedIn carousels occasionally (using Canva or similar)
  • Write original LinkedIn posts when Twitter content doesn't translate

Account Growth (20% of role):

  • Comment on posts from target audience (sales leaders, business owners, cold calling posts)
  • Engage with relevant hashtags (#sales #coldcalling #b2bsales)
  • Connect with 20-30 relevant people per week (personalized connection requests)
  • DM strategy for warm connections (if appropriate)

Reporting (10% of role):

  • Weekly report: posts published, engagement stats, follower growth
  • Monthly strategy session (what's working, what to adjust)

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

LinkedIn expertise - You understand LinkedIn algorithm, best practices, content formats

Copywriting skills - You can adapt short Twitter posts into longer LinkedIn storytelling

Sales/B2B knowledge - You understand sales terminology (or can learn quickly)

Content repurposing experience - You've done this before (Twitter → LinkedIn or similar)

Growth tactics - You know how to organically grow LinkedIn accounts (not spammy tactics)

Canva skills - Can create simple carousels/graphics for LinkedIn posts

Availability - 1-2 hours per day, Monday-Friday

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):

  • Experience with sales/B2B/financial services content
  • Familiarity with personal branding on LinkedIn
  • Previous work with thought leaders or coaches
  • Video editing (for LinkedIn video posts later)

WHAT I'LL PROVIDE:

  • Access to my Twitter account (to see content)
  • Brand guidelines (tone, voice, formatting)
  • Weekly call for 30 min (strategy, feedback, planning)
  • Content calendar (topics I want covered)
  • LinkedIn account access (once created)

DELIVERABLES:

Weekly:

  • 3-5 LinkedIn posts (scheduled via Buffer or native LinkedIn)
  • 50-100 comments on relevant posts
  • 20-30 new connection requests sent
  • Engagement report (what got most traction)

Monthly:

  • Growth report (followers, post impressions, engagement rate)
  • Content analysis (what worked, what didn't)
  • Strategy recommendations for next month

TIMELINE:

  • Week 1: Create LinkedIn account, set up profile, initial strategy call
  • Week 2-4: Post 3x/week, grow account, test content formats
  • Month 2+: Scale to 5x/week, optimize based on what's working
