We’re looking for a results-driven LinkedIn specialist to grow our presence, generate high-quality leads, and start conversations with key decision-makers.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing outreach, and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with ideal clients.
You will focus on generating leads across three key areas:
1. TV Advertising (High5VR)
Target companies with 10+ employees that sell directly to the public, such as:
- Furniture retailers
- Estate agents
- Travel agents and holiday companies
- Home improvement companies
2. VR & AR Training Solutions
Target businesses that deliver internal or external training where immersive VR/AR solutions can add value
3. OowOah (VR Meeting Platform)
Target companies with high levels of meetings and site visits, such as:
- Construction companies
- Engineering firms
- Multi-site businesses
- Create and post high-performing LinkedIn content aligned with our brand
- Manage and grow the CEO’s LinkedIn account, posting on their behalf and engaging with their network
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target ideal prospects
- Build and manage outbound outreach campaigns (connections, messages, follow-ups)
- Generate qualified leads and book meetings
- Optimise personal and company profiles for visibility and conversion
- Track performance and continuously improve engagement and lead quality
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
- Experience managing or ghostwriting for personal LinkedIn profiles (ideally founders/CEOs)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and engagement
- Excellent written communication and ability to match tone of voice
- Ability to convert conversations into real business opportunities
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused
