Are you an experienced LinkedIn Ads Specialist with a proven track record of running successful campaigns for U.S.-based brands? We’re looking for a results-driven expert who understands LinkedIn’s ad platform inside out, knows how to generate high-quality B2B leads, and can optimize campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

💰 Rate: $9–$12/hour

📌 Experience: 2+ years (with U.S. brands)

📌 Platform Focus: LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content, InMail, Event Ads)

✅ Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns for U.S. brands

✅ Strong grasp of American B2B market culture & buyer behavior

✅ Expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative strategy, and optimization

✅ Ability to reduce CPL (Cost per Lead) and improve CTR (Click-Through Rate) with testing & data analysis

✅ A portfolio of case studies or past results showcasing measurable campaign success

🎯 Job Skills Required:

• LinkedIn Ads campaign management (Lead Gen, Brand Awareness, Events, Retargeting)
• Audience building & precise targeting (job title, seniority, industry, company size, etc.)
• Ad creative testing (copywriting, creatives, A/B testing)
• Analytics: CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, ROI
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & CRM integration
• Problem-solving skills & adaptability under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
