Virtual Assistant Position — Philippines-Based Applicants Only

We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic and seasoned team. The ideal candidate will have a background in social media management, online marketing, light graphic design, video editing, and experience using AI tools (we will train you on our specific tools).
This role requires excellent time management, organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail.
You will learn a lot about AI in this role and some experience in the AI field is expected.
Working Hours:
If hired, you will work from approximately 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM Philippine time, 4 to 6 hours forward, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and post across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, etc.)
- Light video editing using CapCut (this is a MUST — experience with other video editing software is a plus)
- Manage YouTube accounts for marketing purposes
- Conduct keyword research and create engaging, SEO-optimized content (blog articles) for our target audience
- Monitor and maintain Skool.com traffic and performance using common sense and initiative
- Handle DMs and live chat — typing fast and accurately WITHOUT using AI is important and YOU WILL BE TESTED ON THIS LIVE so you must be honest about your ability
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Must have your own computer setup (computer, headphones, microphone, and camera)
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10 MB download and upload)
- Preferably 2-3 years of Virtual Assistant experience working with an English-speaking company
- Experience in SEO writing, website management, and social media management
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, Google Drive, and Skype
- CapCut video editing experience is a big plus
- Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- AI Assistant knowledge and willingness to learn new tools
- Fluent in English — both oral and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- You must be an on-time and responsible person
