Our system combines outbound infrastructure, lead sourcing, and conversion systems to generate qualified opportunities for contractors.
The outbound system we are building will scale to 30+ sending inboxes and 30,000+ emails per month, so maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality leads is critical to our operations.
We are currently hiring a Lead Sourcing & Data Research Specialist to help build and maintain the lead supply that powers our outreach campaigns.
Role Overview
The Lead Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying contractor businesses, gathering decision-maker contact information, and preparing organized lead lists for outreach campaigns.
You will research contractor companies across multiple U.S. cities and industries and build lists of business owners and decision makers that can be used in outbound email campaigns.
This role requires strong attention to detail, good research ability, and the ability to organize data accurately.
Key Responsibilities
• Research contractor businesses across specific U.S. cities and markets
• Identify decision makers such as owners, founders, CEOs, and general managers
• Source business contact information using various tools and data sources
• Extract and organize lead data into clean spreadsheets or CSV files
• Remove duplicate or irrelevant companies from lists
• Ensure lists are formatted properly for outreach campaigns
• Maintain a steady flow of new leads to support campaign growth
• Work closely with the outreach operations team to ensure campaigns have sufficient lead volume

• 1,000–2,000 new leads per week
