As our Lead Manager, you are the first voice a homeowner hears after raising their hand. You’re responsible for qualifying inbound leads and converting raw interest into highly motivated appointments for our Acquisition Team. You are a crucial bridge between curiosity and commitment.

Your daily flow will include:

  • Calling, texting, and following up with new leads daily (inbound + outbound)

  • Asking strategic questions to understand motivation, timeline, and condition

  • Setting warm, qualified appointments on the Acquisition Specialist’s calendar

  • Maintaining and updating our CRM (RESimpli) with clear lead notes and tags

  • Managing and nurturing older leads to revive opportunities

  • Collaborating with our marketing and acquisitions team to optimize appointment flow

  • Attending team huddles and participating in coaching sessions

  • Sending follow-up texts, calls, and emails based on lead stage

  • You're a great communicator who’s warm, assertive, and clear

  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • You believe in ownership, meaning you take initiative and get the job done without needing hand-holding

  • You’re emotionally intelligent — you listen, dig deep, and connect

  • You have a coachability-first mindset and love getting better every day

  • 1+ years of sales, inside sales, cold calling, or customer service experience (Real estate or phone-heavy roles preferred)

  • Comfortable using CRMs and communication tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Available full-time with flexibility for team check-ins and live calling windows

  • You have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and can handle working from home like a pro
