What You’ll Actually Do (No Corporate Fluff)

You’ll spend your days responding to inbound seller leads—fast.

Not “later today.”

Not “after lunch.”

Within 5 minutes. Every time.

You’ll get homeowners on the phone and figure out:

  • Why they’re selling (and if it’s real motivation or just curiosity)

  • What condition the property is actually in

  • Their timeline (real timeline, not wishful thinking)

  • Their price expectations (and whether they’re realistic)

Your output is simple and measurable:

  • Set high-quality appointments for the Home Buying Specialist

  • Document everything clearly in the CRM (Salesforce / LeftMain)

  • Follow up relentlessly so no lead slips through the cracks

  • Hit your KPIs and submit clean end-of-day reports

**If a lead goes cold, you revive it.

**If a seller hesitates, you dig deeper.

**If there’s silence, you follow up again.
