At AgencyCRM, we connect businesses with certified professionals worldwide. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who can help identify, attract, and qualify potential clients to support our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through social media, databases, and other channels.
  • Engage with prospects via email, calls, or direct messaging.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, needs, and fit for services.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and ensure smooth lead handoff.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and lead-generation strategies.

Requirements

  • No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
