Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 10 AM – 6 PM (Sydney time)
Type: Part-Time (3 days/week, 7 hours/day with 1-hour break)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and articulate Lead Generator with proven experience in SaaS lead generation.
If you know how to build qualified prospect lists, handle discovery calls with confidence, and nurture leads through strong communication and persistence, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads in the SaaS industry
- Conduct outbound calls and initiate first-contact conversations
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and record interactions in CRM
- Maintain accurate lead data and track follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Appointment Setting (preferably in SaaS)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with international prospects
- Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead databases (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Based in the Philippines
