Lead Generator – Independent Contractor (Commission‑Only) hourly

Crezivanta is a web design and browser extension agency delivering reliable, scalable digital solutions. We’re expanding our remote team and opening new contractor opportunities for individuals who specialize in sourcing potential clients.

This role is fully remote and performance‑based.

We’re seeking independent contractors who can help identify and source potential clients for our web design and extension services. Lead Generators focus exclusively on finding businesses that may need websites, redesigns, or digital upgrades.

This is not a sales or appointment‑setting role.

Your responsibility is to find and deliver organized lead lists using your preferred tools and methods.

As an independent contractor, you are free to choose your own workflow, tools, and schedule. Typical responsibilities include:

• Finding businesses that may need website design or redesign services
• Collecting accurate contact information (email, website, IG, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Organizing leads into a clean list or spreadsheet
• Delivering weekly batches of leads
• Ensuring leads are real, contactable businesses
• Communicating promptly via Discord when needed

Lead Generators do not contact leads, book appointments, or close deals.

Your role is strictly sourcing.

This is a commission‑based independent contractor role, not an employment position.

• 10% commission on any deal closed from leads you sourced
• Recurring 10% commission for returning clients you originally sourced
• Payments via Wise (direct bank transfer) or PayPal
• Unlimited earning potential based on the quality and volume of leads you provide

There is no hourly pay and no guaranteed minimum.

Due to payment and regulatory requirements, we are currently onboarding independent contractors from:

• India
• Nigeria
• Philippines
• Pakistan
• Other African regions

• Must be 18+
• Must be comfortable working commission‑based
• Ability to find and organize leads independently
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to deliver consistent weekly lead batches
• Communicate promptly via Discord
• Operate independently and self‑direct your workflow
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with local laws
• Contractors may work with other clients simultaneously

We’re excited to collaborate with motivated independent contractors who can consistently deliver at least 100-150 high‑quality leads a week and help support Crezivanta’s growth.
