Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation VA to support outreach, prospect research, and pipeline management. The ideal candidate should be experienced in identifying potential clients, managing CRM systems, and supporting business development efforts through strategic lead generation activities.
- Research and identify qualified leads based on target criteria
- Build and maintain prospect databases
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
- Update and manage CRM systems
- Assist with appointment setting and follow-ups
- Track outreach campaigns and lead conversion progress
- Generate reports on lead activity and pipeline updates
- Support sales and business development initiatives
- Experience in lead generation or appointment setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or GoHighLevel
- Strong research and communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage large sets of data
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
