Role Overview
As a Cold Caller / Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting estate agents in specific areas to introduce our company's let services. You’ll build rapport, explain the benefits of guaranteed rent and hassle-free management, and pass qualified leads to our acquisitions team.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to independent estate agents from the provided lists.
- Introduce TAA Property’s company services clearly and professionally.
- Handle objections confidently and keep conversations positive.
- Identify agents with suitable landlords/properties for company lets.
- Record call outcomes and update lead tracking sheets.
- Pass qualified leads to the acquisitions team for follow-up.
Skills Needed
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in cold calling and building rapport.
- Understanding of property lettings, company lets, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (HMO licences, Right to Rent, safety certificates) is an advantage.
- Organised and reliable, able to manage leads, records, and follow-ups independently.
- Resilient and professional with the ability to handle objections.
- Previous experience in telesales, estate agency, lettings, or property management is desirable but not essential.

- Pay: Hourly contract (paid per hour worked)
