We’re looking for a reliable lead gen person who can find the right creators, start conversations, follow up properly, and book calls.
This is not a “spam 1,000 DMs” job. It’s manual, personalised outreach with clean tracking so we can scale what works.
Filipino applicants preferred. Prior outreach/lead gen experience preferred.
- Find new leads daily on Instagram + X (sometimes TikTok)
- Send short, personalised first messages based on their profile/content
- Follow up consistently until they reply or clearly opt out
- Qualify the right people and move them toward a booked call
- Update our Google Sheet tracker and send a quick end-of-shift summary (numbers + notes)
Creators in the 500–40,000 follower range (sweet spot 2k–20k) who look like a strong fit for management/marketing support.
- Manual outreach only (no bots/automation)
- Natural English writing (no robotic copy/paste)
- Consistent output + organised tracking
- 10–25 hrs/week to start (more hours as results grow)
- Must overlap with AEST by 2–4 hours, Mon–Fri
- Hourly base + performance bonuses
- Paid trial to start so it’s fair for both sides
