Main requirements
For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of professional solid experience, using TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js and PostgreSQL;
- Previous experience leading teams or acting as a technical mentor;
- Proactive, organized and communicate clearly across tech and non-tech stakeholders;
- Experience building systems that support and accelerate teams;
- Problem-solving mindset and have a drive to automate and simplify processes;
- Take ownership and enjoys helping teams deliver high-quality solutions;
- Desire to work on a product that has an impact in healthcare;
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and infrastructure automation is a plus;
- Familiarity with role-based access control, logging/monitoring and process automation frameworks (nice to have);
- Previous experience working on internal developer platforms, admins tools or workflow automation systems (nice to have);
- Fluency in English (B2 level) - German or French is a plus;
- Availability to work in a remote regime, from Portugal.
