Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Front End Developer to drive frontend architecture, lead UI development initiatives, and mentor frontend engineers while remaining hands-on with production code. You will collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, scalable user-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead frontend architecture design and technical strategy
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications
- Develop reusable UI component systems and emphasize design consistency
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services
- Establish frontend coding standards and best practices
- Lead code reviews and mentor frontend developers
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with product and design teams on UX implementation
- Troubleshoot complex UI and production issues
Requirements
- Strong frontend development experience in production environments
- Strong proficiency in: JavaScript (ES6+), React, Modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, or similar)
- Strong experience with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization
- Experience designing scalable frontend architecture
- Experience leading frontend projects or teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Node.js or full stack collaboration
- Experience working in blockchain or Web3-related companies
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
