We’re expanding and looking for hungry, motivated Lead Finders who want to learn, grow, and WIN in the real estate investment business.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a high-energy team of star players led by a well-known and experienced investor in the Atlanta real estate market.

As a Real Estate Lead Finder, your job is to identify potential investment opportunities and help move qualified leads through our pipeline.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding motivated seller and investment property leads
• Contacting and following up with potential sellers and agents
• Vetting and qualifying leads
• Gathering important property and seller information
• Running comparable sales (comps)
• Understanding property values and potential investment spreads
• Identifying opportunities that fit our company’s buying criteria
• Assigning qualified leads to an Acquisition Manager, who will negotiate and make the offer
• Keeping accurate notes and consistently following up
• You will work in our Virtual Office Daily. 

Your starting rate will be based on your experience and what you bring to the team.

But we also believe in rewarding results.

In addition to your regular compensation, you can earn a $250–$750 BONUS for every deal that closes from a lead you generate.
