We're developing a gym management and fitness tracking SaaS platform and need a detail-oriented Business Analyst/QA Tester to ensure smooth development and delivery. Crucially, as our primary focus is the North American market, you must have strong, proven experience with regional payment gateways, complex subscription billing, and invoicing integrations.
Our primary focus is to turn high-level feature ideas into crystal-clear user stories with acceptance criteria, keep them moving through design and development, and then verify the finished work. Day to day, you’ll sit with me to refine requirements, document every task for the developers, and stay on top of the board (e.g., Jira/Linear) until each story meets its definition of done.
Once code is ready, you’ll hit the APIs in Postman, validate asynchronous data flows (like payment webhooks), run functional UI passes on all platforms, execute basic SQL queries to ensure database integrity, and sign off only when every box is ticked.
