L2 - Junior Virtual Assistant (Executive Assistant + Project Management) full time

Growe Supply HQ: Singapore, Singapore, Singapore Remote job Dec 24

Growe Supply | Remote | Full-Time | $350-400/month starting

The Opportunity

We're hiring someone who will become the person who runs everything operationally in our growing e-commerce and wholesale business. You'll take over all administrative and operational tasks, keep the entire team on track with projects and deadlines, and free up the founder to focus on strategy and growth. Within 6-12 months, you'll autonomously run entire business functions with zero hand-holding.

  • This works if: You're obsessively organized, comfortable holding people accountable, write exceptionally well in English, and want to learn to run a business by doing it.
  • This doesn't work if: You want to be a glorified calendar manager, avoid difficult conversations, or need constant direction.

What You'll Do (First 6 Months)

Executive & Administrative (50%):

  • Own founder's calendar, inbox, and all meeting coordination
  • Screen, prioritize, and draft email responses (become the communication filter)
  • Manage all company documentation, file systems, and SOPs
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects between teams

Operations & Reporting (20%):

  • Execute ALL data entry (expense tracking, inventory reconciliation, sales data)
  • Generate and maintain business reports (sales, inventory, expenses, dashboards)
  • Cross-reference data for accuracy, flag discrepancies
  • Maintain operational systems in Trello and Google Workspace

Project Management & Team Accountability (30%):

  • Track and manage all company projects, tasks, and 90-day priorities (Rocks) in Trello
  • Keep all team members accountable for deliverables and deadlines
  • Run regular check-ins to surface blockers before they become problems
  • Follow up on incomplete tasks—you're the "air traffic controller"

Strategic Projects:

  • Take ownership of growth initiatives assigned by leadership
  • Implement new processes, systems, and SOPs as the business scales
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions

Career System 5-level mastery system:

  • L2 (Junior) - Start here | $350-400/month
  • L3 (Senior) - Most reach in 6-12 months | $600-800/month + profit sharing
  • L4 (Lead) | $1,000-1,500/month + profit sharing
  • L5 (Principal) | $2,000+/month + profit sharing

Promotions: Request when ready → 3-month paid trial at higher rate → Pass = promoted, Don't pass = return with feedback, retry in 6 months.

Quick FAQs

Q: Is $350/month enough?

A: Entry-level pay for entry-level work. Prove you can run operations autonomously, and you'll be at $600-800+ within a year.

Q: Will I actually get promoted?

A: We have objective criteria and promote from within. You control your growth.

Q: What if I'm not good at everything?

A: Training provided. As long as you're curious and willing to learn, no problem. Make every mistake once, but not twice.

Q: How is this different from other VA roles?

A: Other VAs own specific functions. You own ALL administrative operations, work directly with leadership, and keep the entire team accountable. Fastest path to running entire business functions.

Q: Must I hold team members accountable?

A: Yes. You keep everyone on track with projects and deadlines. You're not their manager, but you ensure nothing slips. If uncomfortable with accountability conversations, this isn't the right fit.
