L2 - Junior Virtual Assistant (E-Commerce Operations & Customer Service) hourly

Growe Supply | Remote | Full-Time | $350-400/month starting

We're hiring someone who will own our e-commerce operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You'll manage product listings, ad performance, promotions, and reporting while ensuring fast customer responses. Within 6-12 months, you'll autonomously manage entire platforms with a clear path to L3 ($600-800/month + profit sharing).

This works if: You're detail-obsessed, love optimizing performance, enjoy helping customers, and want real e-commerce skills.

This doesn't work if: You just want to clock in/out or need constant hand-holding.

E-Commerce Operations (70%):

• Manage product listings across all platforms (upload, update, optimize)
• Run and improve ad performance
• Set up promotions, flash sales, and campaigns
• Update inventory and pricing
• Track metrics and generate reports
• Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities

Customer Service (30%):

• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Duoke, Take.app within same day
• Handle pre-sale questions, tracking, returns, complaints
• Minimize negative reviews and maximize satisfaction
• Track issues and suggest improvements

What you're learning: How to run profitable e-commerce stores, marketplace advertising, customer psychology, data analysis, and platform ownership.

• L2 (Junior) ← You start here | $350-400/month
• L3 (Senior) ← Most reach in 6-12 months | $600-800/month + profit sharing
• L4 (Lead) | $1,000-1,500/month + profit sharing
• L5 (Principal) | $2,000+/month + profit sharing

Promotions: Request when ready. 3-month trial at new rate. Pass = promoted. Don't pass = return with feedback, retry in 6 months.

First 90 days: Trial period. Frequent feedback, fair warnings.

Starting (L2):

• Base: USD$350/month (176 hours/month, 9:30am-6:30pm GMT+08, Mon-Fri)
• Bonus: Up to $50/month for clearing projects ahead of schedule
• Independence: Flexible hours as long as deadlines are met
