Korean-Speaking Telephone Interviewer – Remote Freelance

Katrium is an international market research company working on multilingual research projects. We are seeking fluent Korean speakers for a remote freelance telephone interviewing opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured telephone interviews in Korean.
• Record respondents’ answers accurately in a web-based system.
• Follow project instructions and quality guidelines.
• Communicate with the project team when needed.

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent Korean language skills.
• Good English skills for communication with the team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable internet connection, a headset with a microphone, and a Windows 10/11 computer.
• An active Gmail account and WhatsApp for team communication.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet project deadlines.

Previous telephone interviewing or market research experience is an advantage but is not essential.

Work arrangement

This is a remote freelance opportunity. Working hours, project duration, compensation, and start date depend on the specific project requirements and confirmation.
