Hey — I’m Darby, and I’m currently gearing up to launch a new program and digital platform I’ve been quietly building behind the scenes. I’m looking for the right person to join me behind the curtain — someone who knows Kajabi inside and out, and is excited to help me bring this thing to life and scale it smoothly.
This isn’t a traditional VA or admin gig. I need someone who can work with me across the entire Kajabi backend — from setting up the wesbsite to product pages and automations, to email campaigns and launch workflows. If you’ve worked in online courses, coaching, or membership sites, this will feel like second nature to you.
- Uploading course content (videos, PDFs, workbooks, etc.)
- Creating and editing website and landing pages, checkout flows and offers inside Kajabi
- Managing email sequences, tagging, and automation workflows
- Updating the website and members' area
- Supporting with launches and day-to-day ops
- Helping improve flow, UX, and structure across the digital experience
- Canva (for quick design tweaks)
- Zapier (for automation)
- Stripe, Calendly, Loom, Trello, and Google Drive (we use these to stay organized)
- You’ve been using Kajabi for at least 2 years
- You’ve supported a coach, creator, or course-based business before
- You’re independent, proactive, and solid at communicating in english
- You care about design, flow, and experience—not just checklists
- You’re detail-focused and tech-comfy
- You’re based in Europe, Asia, or Latin America
- You’re looking for a long-term, full-time role, not freelance project work
This is a fully remote role. You’ll work closely with me, have a lot of autonomy, and help shape something meaningful from the ground up.
