We’re hiring an Affiliate & Partnerships Associate to help us grow and manage affiliate programs across multiple verticals, including wellness, med-spa, tech, finance, and consumer products. This is an entry to mid-level role designed for someone who understands the basics of performance marketing and wants to go deeper into affiliate systems, partnerships, and revenue growth.
You do not need to be a senior affiliate manager. You do need to be proactive, organized, communicative, and willing to learn fast. We will train you on our affiliate frameworks, outreach methods, tracking systems, and optimization playbooks. As you grow performance, your responsibility and earnings grow with it. You’ll support and eventually own day-to-day affiliate operations, including:
- Identify and recruit affiliates with relevant, qualified traffic
- Run outreach via email, communities, partnerships, and platforms
- Help onboard affiliates with tracking links, creatives, and instructions
- Assist with affiliate activations, incentives, and engagement campaigns
- Manage affiliate links, attribution, and basic tracking setup
- Maintain simple performance dashboards and reports
- Track commissions, payouts, and monthly reconciliation
- Monitor traffic quality, conversions, and basic anomalies
- Coordinate with internal team members on creatives and offers
- Review funnel performance and flag optimization opportunities
- Provide weekly updates on affiliate activity and performance
You’ll start supported and gradually take more ownership as you prove consistency and results.
This role is a good fit if you have:
- Some experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing
- Comfort working with metrics like CPA, EPC, conversions, and basic funnel data
- Strong organization and follow-up discipline
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without needing constant reminders
- Curiosity and willingness to learn systems, tracking, and optimization
You do not need to have run massive programs before.
You do need to show reliability, initiative, and learning velocity.
- Affiliate platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, Refersion, or similar)
- Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Slack and Asana for daily communication
- Hubstaff (required for time tracking)
Experience with affiliate platforms is a plus, not a requirement.
- Consistent onboarding of quality affiliates
