WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategy & Execution

• Help develop email marketing strategies that align with business goals (no fluff, just results)
• Build and maintain segmented email lists that actually convert
• Create email campaigns and automated sequences that move prospects through the funnel

Design & User Experience

• Work closely with our senior email marketer and marketing tram to create emails that look great and perform even better
• Ensure emails work seamlessly across all devices and email clients
• Apply UX principles to improve email engagement and conversion rates

AI & Automation

• Leverage AI tools to optimize subject lines, send times, and content personalization
• Use AI-powered analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Experiment with AI-driven segmentation and dynamic content strategies

Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct A/B tests on everything from subject lines to call-to-action buttons
• Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven improvements

Project Management

• Juggle multiple campaigns while meeting tight deadlines
• Communicate clearly with team members about campaign progress and results
• Stay organized in a fast-moving environment

WHAT YOU NEED

Experience

• 1-2 years in email marketing (preferably eCommerce)
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms
• SMS marketing experience is a plus

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of email template systems and responsive design
• Knowledge of major email service providers and marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA)

AI & Technology

• Experience with AI tools for email marketing optimization (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar)
• Understanding of how AI can enhance personalization and segmentation
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies in marketing

• Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction
• Great at taking feedback and using it to improve
• Fluent in English
