About the opportunity:
Our client is one of Chile’s major telecommunications providers and is currently developing a next-generation Lakehouse platform based on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This initiative aims to consolidate enterprise data into a centralized ecosystem while supporting the company’s modernization and digital evolution strategy.
As part of the ongoing roadmap, the project includes onboarding additional data sources and building scalable data ingestion, transformation, processing, and delivery workflows using OCI technologies such as Dataflow, Data Science, AI Data Platform, and Autonomous Data Warehouse.
The platform is also progressively incorporating Oracle’s AI ecosystem (AIDP), enabling smarter data-driven operations, business intelligence capabilities, and AI-enhanced solutions across the organization.
Key requirements:
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or data-focused projects (data ingestion, transformation, processing, and delivery)
• Solid experience with Python development
• Previous exposure to cloud platforms, ideally Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with OCI architecture, services, and overall ecosystem
Working model:
This role is offered under a B2B / contractor agreement.
Under this model:
• You will operate as an independent contractor
• Services will be invoiced according to the legislation of your country of residence
