Independent Contractor – Program Specialist (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
The Program Specialist is a data-driven role responsible for managing, analyzing, and validating data within the company’s CRM and reporting systems. This individual will work deeply in data daily pulling reports, auditing exports, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy across sales programs, campaigns, and dealer information. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Key Responsibilities
• Review and audit CRM data exports to identify and resolve blank or incomplete fields related to:
◦ Sales data
◦ Campaigns
◦ Dealer locations
• Perform regular data quality checks, including:
◦ Dealer routing validations
◦ Unassigned record checks
◦ Vendor targeting accuracy reviews
• Create and maintain geographic maps and visual representations to support program planning and analysis
• Generate, analyze, and distribute standardized lead and performance reports to internal teams on a recurring basis
• Utilize Microsoft Excel daily to manipulate and analyze data, including:
◦ VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
◦ Pivot Tables
◦ Data formatting and cleanup
Additional Responsibilities Based on Role Scope
• Pull reports and exports from CRM software and internal systems to support business operations and decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies
• Investigate and troubleshoot data inconsistencies, working cross-functionally to correct issues at the source
• Document recurring data issues, processes, and reporting standards to improve efficiency and consistency
• Support internal stakeholders by responding to ad hoc data requests and providing insights as needed
• Assist in improving reporting workflows, automation, and data organization within Excel and the CRM
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with CRM systems and data exports
• Ability to manage and interpret large datasets
• Comfortable working independently in a data-heavy environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Work Schedule
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
