IT & Systems Integrator hourly

Stubborn.Farm HQ: Mount Vernon, idaho, United States Remote job Feb 11

Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile, project-minded IT Specialist to manage the back-

end infrastructure and cross-platform integrations of our growing consulting program. This role

is perfect for a developer or systems architect who enjoys diving into existing setups, assessing

their logic, and optimizing them for scale.

Company Overview: We are a one-man consulting firm (supported by a team of four) with a

very unique/valuable niche that heavily uses AI to support our knowledge management and

consulting program delivery. Our goal is to refine our systems over the next 12 months, then

rapidly expand to a ten-person consulting team supported by our systems within 18 months.

Hours: * Base: 10 hours per week (General maintenance and support).

Occasional increases in hours for specific integration or development projects throughout 2026.

Flexible availability to meet project deadlines is a must.

Core Responsibilities:

● Systems Maintenance: Ensure the health and security of our core stack: Monday.com,

Google Workspace, Dialpad, Zoom, and PointerPro.

● Integration Management: Monitor and repair existing automations between platforms;

build new connections to streamline data flow from PointerPro surveys into

Mastersheets in our Google Workspace.

● Custom Development: Utilize coding skills (APIs, scripts, etc.) to improve system

functionality and performance.

● System Audit & Optimization: Assess the current back-end architecture to identify

redundancies, improve speed, and implement best-practice upgrades.

● Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal system errors

or software conflicts.

The Ideal Candidate:

● The 'Detective' Mindset: You can look at a complex system you didn't build,

understand its logic, and find ways to make it better.

● Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with Monday.com (WorkOS) and Google

Workspace administration is essential.

● Survey Logic Experience: Experience with PointerPro (or similar advanced

assessment tools) and how to pass that data into other systems via webhooks or APIs.

● Developer Skills: Strong coding ability (specifically for API integrations and custom

automations).

● Adaptable and Proactive: You don’t just wait for things to break; you look for ways to

future-proof our operations.

● AI Passion: We’ve been heavily using basic AI applications (ex. Gemini to generate

reports) over the past 18 months and want a technical advisor who is passionate about

applying “off the shelf” AI solutions to our unique needs and to leverage our scalability.
