We are recruiting candidates with a diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science from INTI Nilai Campus and INTI Subang Campus. We offer full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities to fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues for various systems and platforms
- Manage, maintain, and update internal databases, software, and hardware
- Assist with system administration, configuration, and technical support tasks
- Collaborate with other IT teams to streamline processes and improve systems
- Provide technical advice and support for internal team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time and according to technical requirements
- Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in the IT field
Ideal Candidate:
- Age 28 or older
- Strong background in IT or Computer Science (diploma or degree)
- Previous experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Flexible hours based on client needs
