We’d love to hear from you if you:
⦁ Have proven experience selling IT services (outstaffing experience is required);
⦁ Are ready to actively perform cold outreach: find new clients and partners for our outstaff developers;
⦁ Live outside the Russian Federation (preferably in Europe or CIS countries);
⦁ Have English at B2 level or higher for fluent communication with English‑speaking clients;
⦁ Understand the specifics of the IT market and outstaffing;
⦁ Can think strategically, set goals and achieve results; are committed to long‑term cooperation and increasing income by meeting KPIs.
