About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Officer to oversee and manage our inventory processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, accurate record-keeping, and smooth operations across our supply chain.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Must have hands-on experience using the SAGE 100 Inventory Management Module.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

·       Maintain accurate inventory records using SAGE 100

·       Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to forecast demand

·       Reconcile discrepancies in inventory records

·       Generate and analyze inventory reports to support business decisions

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

·       Support process improvement initiatives within the inventory function

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in inventory management or a related field

·       Mandatory: Proficient in SAGE 100 Inventory Management Module

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

·       High attention to detail and accuracy

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory-related reporting tools

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Must be willing to work in US hours (EST)
