Studio Define (https://www.studiodefineco.com's/) owner is looking for an executive assistant to support the owner in various business start-ups:

Requirements?

  • Must have interior design experience

  • Must have own copy of AutoCAD and SketchUp

  • Full time (40 hours a week) monthly fix salary; not hourly pay.

  • Pay expectation should be in line with your own country's good pay expectation.

  • Need to be able to work 5 days a week from 8AM-5PM Pacific Standrd Time for 8 hours a day with 1 hour break in between

  • Must be comfortable with time tracker that takes screen shot that are used for billing to the company clients when needed, usually not looked at my management

  • Require fluency in spoken and written English

  • Be able to meet via video conference with owner multiple times a day and communicate via messaging apps throughout the day

I am a business owner doing business in a few areas: interior design, remodel, Airbnb rentals, real estate as well as starting in photography, and floral business. I am looking for personal and business executive level assistant with interior design and marketing diverse skillsets.

The executive assistant role is not a regular virtual assistant role but a dynamic one that growths with the business. The assistant is to be the right hand of the company owner and must have a ability to understand the business and know the unsaid needs of the business.

The person taking this role will be involved and learn all aspects of a business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Interio design, floor plans, 3D models

Design - Contractor Engagements

Design and Project Management

Short term rental marketing and management

Processes and operations

Digital Marketing

Social Media Marketing

Coordinate social media posts

Social media engagements and management

Simple website updates, photo and video editing

Manage company email accounts and email correspondence

Schedule and appointment managements

Customer follow up and billing via QuickBooks

Light bookkeeping

Research information

Maintain company's contact database and vendor list information

Supports other office and administrative tasks such as data entry, document archive, form development, and process documentation

Qualification:

  • Must be extremely detail oriented

  • Self-starter and proactive

  • Experience with interior design, construction management, and digital marketing an asset

  • Familiar with office admin and project management softwares such as Google sheets, google doc, Asana etc.

  • Familiar with and have copy of Photoshop and AutoCad

  • Have business acumen and interested in learning business operations
