Integration Architect | Workflow Automation Specialist hourly

We are looking for a remote Integration Architect to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and implement smart, scalable integrations between platforms like Monday.com, HubSpot, WooCommerce, GA4, and DEAR (CIN7). You’ll play a key part in streamlining our business processes, creating seamless data flows, and driving automation across multiple departments. including sales, marketing, and production.

The goal will be to create a single source of truth in Monday.com, ensuring data is centralized, and accessible, reducing manual work.

  • Architect advanced, multi-board Monday.com workflows across operations, CRM, and production. 
  • Build custom n8n-based integrations between: 

WooCommerce → Monday.com 

HubSpot → Monday.com 

GA4 → Monday.com 

DEAR (CIN7) → Monday.com 

  • Create live dashboards and trigger-based automations across sales, marketing, production, and stock modules
  • Translate business processes into modular, reusable, and efficient automated workflows.
  • Proven expertise in working with Monday.com (Pro or Enterprise level): automations, dependencies, dashboards. 
  • Strong hands-on experience with n8n, including:

HTTP Request nodes, raw API calls, webhook listeners 

JavaScript Function nodes for data transformation 

  • Handling authentication (API keys, OAuth2) 
  • In-depth knowledge of WooCommerce, HubSpot, GA4, and DEAR (CIN7) APIs.
  • Ability to sync custom/non-standard fields from WooCommerce & GA4 beyond what’s available in Zapier/Make.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, e-commerce, or CRM-driven workflows is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working UK/EU business hours.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Values such as honesty and integrity.
  • Proven remote work experience with a dedicated home office setup, including a stable internet connection.

**Nice to have **

  • Experience with Google Apps Script or Node.js for custom logic scripting.
  • Familiarity with building conversion tracking dashboards.
  • Understanding of stock flow logic, including BOMs, cutting lists, and factory planning.
