What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with potential clients through inbound and outbound lead generation
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client’s financial goals and risk tolerance
- Explain life insurance features and benefits, tailoring solutions to individual needs
- Assist clients with the application process and secure policy approvals
- Provide ongoing customer service and ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively explain complex insurance concepts
- A desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives
- Self-motivated and independent with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Proficient in using computers and comfortable in a virtual work environment
- A valid life insurance license in your state (or willingness to obtain one)
