We’re looking for a creative, feminine, detail-oriented VA who understands aesthetics, dating psychology, storytelling and the flow of modern Instagram content.
🔍 Your Role
We are hiring a female Social Media Virtual Assistant who can manage, grow, and optimize a male Instagram personal brand.
Your work includes:
– Content creation, editing, and posting
– Photo enhancement + AI image generation
– Managing comments and basic DMs
– Creating a visually attractive masculine feed
– Supporting the weekly content strategy
– Tracking growth KPIs
– Bringing creative ideas to improve the brand

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🎯 Instagram Management (Primary Tasks)
– Plan, schedule, and post content (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Photos)
– Edit images using Lightroom / Photoshop / Canva
– Create AI-enhanced photos using Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.
– Maintain a clean, masculine, high-value aesthetic
– Research and apply relevant hashtags
– Write captions in a confident, masculine tone
– Maintain and update the media library
– Create weekly content calendars
– Run basic DM and comment engagement tasks
– Track weekly KPIs (reach, saves, profile visits, follower growth)🙏 Customer Service Backup (as needed)
🎨 Content Creation & Visual Branding
– Propose layout ideas for the grid
– Select the best photos from shoots/travel/lifestyle content
– Suggest new content styles based on performance
– Apply Michael Sartain (Men of Action) concepts to positioning
– Adjust the profile as the brand evolves
🙏 Communication Tasks (as needed)
– Reply to comments in a friendly but masculine tone
– Prepare DM templates for engagement
– Flag potential high-value interactions to the CEO
– Notify the CEO of negative or sensitive messages
✅ Required Skills
– Strong experience with Instagram content creation
– Photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva)
– Experience with AI image generation (Midjourney, DALL·E or similar)
– Excellent English (written & spoken) – C1 or above
– Strong sense of aesthetics (masculine lifestyle, fitness, travel)
– Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
– Able to follow instructions AND contribute creative ideas
– Stable internet connection (30 Mbps+)
– Quiet and professional work environment
– Comfortable handling sensitive/private material
– Familiar with modern dating psychology or willing to learn fast
