About TeenCare: A comprehensive membership program for teenagers focusing on psychological support, life skills, and 1:1 mentoring.
YOUR ROLE:
- Consult potential students/parents about our courses and programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and develop potential leads through various channels.
- Provide post-registration customer care and support.
- Report results and analyze market trends.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Language Requirements: Native Vietnamese with Fluency in Filipino/Tagalog (Able to communicate effectively with locals).
- Location: Remote (Candidates can be based in Vietnam or the Philippines).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: At least 1 year in sales, consulting, or education.
- Skills: Excellent persuasion, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attitude: Hardworking, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.

WORKING HOURS:
- Monday to Friday, and 2 weekend days per month (as assigned).
- Hours: 08:30 – 12:00 & 13:30 – 18:00 (GMT+7).
