We are seeking a detail-oriented Data and Growth Operations Specialist to execute a targeted influencer acquisition pipeline focused specifically on blue-collar trade creators.
You will be responsible for sourcing nano influencers (typically 1,000 to 10,000 engaged followers) who are working tradespeople first and creators second—such as welders, mechanics, contractors, electricians, and woodworkers sharing job-site tips, tool reviews, and trade life. Your mission is to execute a value-first, zero-cost outreach model that offers free community access for their members and lucrative one-time referral payouts when members choose to voluntarily upgrade.
- Utilize Apify or similar web scraping and extraction tools to source names, profile links, and direct email addresses for content creators across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram based on target lists.
- Target trade-specific hashtags and keywords to identify high-engagement nano influencers.
- Monitor active public Facebook trade communities and builder networks to identify active, high-value contributors.
- Extract direct business inquiry emails from YouTube creator "About" pages and video descriptions.
- Run extracted email lists through verification platforms like Neverbounce or Zerobounce to ensure high deliverability and minimize bounce rates.
- Organize, clean, and format verified records accurately within Google Docs and master tracking sheets.
- Configure, test, and launch targeted email and direct message outreach campaigns.
- Deliver outreach messaging centered entirely around a no-pitch, value-first angle: free community access with no paywalls, zero credit card requirements, and lucrative one-time referral commissions for upgrades.
- Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive, hands-on experience using Apify or equivalent web scraping software for social media data extraction.
- Manychat Expertise: Expert knowledge and hands-on experience utilizing Manychat for social media messaging automations, comment keyword triggers, and setting up Messenger onboarding workflows.
- Niche Knowledge: Familiarity with blue-collar digital spaces, trade content, and how to communicate authentically with trade creators without sounding like corporate or multi-level-marketing spam.
- Data Hygiene Experience: Demonstrated working knowledge of email verification tools (Neverbounce, Zerobounce, or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Hours: Available to work daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM PDT (California time).
