We are looking for a remote Independent Business Development & Sales Growth for a growing wellness and nutrition-focused brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured communication, keeping things organized, and supporting a mission-driven company in the health and wellness space.

  • Respond to client inquiries using pre-written communication templates
  • Follow up with prospects via email or messaging platforms
  • Maintain and update client contact records (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Coordinate basic scheduling and onboarding steps
  • Share weekly summaries of follow-up actions and client feedback
  • Clear and professional communication in English and/or French
  • Organized, autonomous, and reliable in task execution
  • Comfortable using email platforms, spreadsheets, or CRM tools
  • Bonus: interest in wellness, holistic health, or customer experience
  • Independent position, remote, task-based
  • Compensation: fixed fee per sale + performance bonuses
  • Flexible schedule, aligned with clear deliverables
