Remote Inside Sales l Customer Service | Appointment Scheduling

Cleanology Housekeeping Personnel Service is seeking an experienced Spanish/English Bilingual Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative with a background in phone sales, appointment booking, and CRM systems. This remote role focuses on converting inbound housekeeping inquiries into scheduled residential cleaning services while delivering excellent customer support.

Job Responsibilities

·        Manage inbound customer calls, online inquiries, and cleaning referrals.

·        Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate cleaning services.

·        Follow up with prospective clients and open sales leads.

·        Schedule residential cleaning appointments accurately and efficiently.

·        Converting one-time sales to recurring clients

·        Enter and maintain detailed notes in CRM and scheduling software.

·        Coordinate service details with clients and housekeeping teams.

·        Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and efficiency through different channels – phone call, text messaging or email.

Qualifications

·        

Bilingual Spanish / English (required).

·        Experience in inbound sales, call center, appointment scheduling, or customer service.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills

·        Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

·        Computer proficiency including CRM software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

·        Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·        Dependable, professional, and goal oriented.

·        Commitment to productivity, accuracy, and conversion goals.

·        Verifiable work experience references required.

Remote Work Requirements

·        Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

·        Reliable high-speed internet connection.

·        Laptop or Desktop computer with capability to install web-based phone software

·        Performance tracking software to be used during billable hours

o  Contractor will track time using a mutually agreed upon monitoring system.

o  Company may review time records for billing purposes only.

·        Quiet, dedicated workspace for managing inbound calls and communications.

·        Availability during standard business hours and/or weekends
