Are you an ambitious HR Generalist ready to make a real impact in a company that’s anything but ordinary?
At Pearl Lemon, we don’t believe in cookie-cutter roles or boring 9-to-5 HR admin work. We’re a fast-growing, globally distributed company with over 100+ professionals spread across multiple time zones. Our clients come from every corner of the world, and our team thrives on innovation, speed, and results.
Now, we’re looking for an HR Generalist who can keep up with our pace, help shape our culture, and manage the people side of growth with creativity, energy, and excellence.
If that excites you, keep reading—because this opportunity is going to be very different from what you’ll see elsewhere.
This role isn’t about “keeping the lights on.” It’s about building processes, creating culture, and ensuring our global team thrives. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
Talent Management & Recruitment
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top global talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Create strategies to fill roles quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and recognition across our remote-first team.
Develop initiatives that keep engagement high despite distance and different time zones.
Handle conflict resolution with tact, ensuring fairness and alignment with company values.
Performance & Growth
Work closely with managers to build performance review processes that drive growth.
Help design training and development programs that turn good employees into great ones.
Track key HR metrics and use data to improve people management strategies.
Compliance & Processes
Ensure HR policies comply with international labor standards.
Draft, update, and communicate HR guidelines for a globally distributed workforce.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth payroll coordination with finance.
We’re not your average corporate HR department. We need someone who thrives in fast-moving, constantly evolving environments. Here’s what matters to us:
Experience: 2+ years in an HR Generalist or HR-related role, ideally with exposure to remote or international teams.
People Skills: You can build relationships across cultures, resolve conflicts, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Organizational Skills: You’re the kind of person who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Instead of waiting for instructions, you see a challenge and figure out how to fix it.
Communication: Clear, confident, and proactive communication is your default mode.
Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable using HR software, project management tools, and virtual communication platforms.
If you’re someone who wants a slow-paced, rigid corporate structure, this won’t be for you. But if you thrive in environments where you can take ownership, innovate, and grow quickly, you’ll love it here.
