About Us:
Buddle (www.buddle.io) is an Australian HR and offshoring company specialising in finding, hiring, and managing experienced Filipino remote professionals for businesses.
The Role:
We've been using Hubstaff for several months to monitor staff timesheets but know we're not utilising it to its full potential. We're looking for an experienced Hubstaff consultant to audit our current setup and configure the platform to support our growing team properly.
What We Need Help With:
Timesheet tracking review and optimisation for remote Filipino staff
Payroll setup - configuring pay rates, pay periods, and automated payroll processing
Client invoicing setup - creating invoice templates, linking tracked time to client billing
Integration with Xero (accounting)
Integration with Wise (international payments for our remote staff)
Integration with Slack (team notifications and alerts)
Training for our admin team on how to manage the above going forward
Ideal Candidate:
Proven hands-on experience setting up and configuring Hubstaff accounts
Familiar with Hubstaff's payroll, invoicing, and integrations features
Experience with Xero and Wise is a strong advantage
Clear communicator who can provide simple documentation or SOPs after setup
Available for video calls (we are based in Australia and Philippines)
Engagement:
This is a short-term, project-based contract. We expect the setup and training to be completed within 2 weeks. Please provide a quote and an outline of your proposed approach when applying.
