We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Specialist to restructure and optimize CRM architecture.
You’ll be responsible to help transitioning to managing leads at the Company level (not the HubSpot Leads object) and need a specialist who understands CRM data structure, object relationships, property configuration, and pipeline optimization.
This role will require strategic thinking — not just technical setup.
We need a HubSpot pro to clean up, restructure, and manage our CRM architecture.
The Requirements
📌Experience: 3+ years of deep HubSpot CRM expertise.
📌Architecture: Proven ability to restructure Pipelines, Objects (Leads/Deals), and Custom Properties.
📌Automation: Expert in building Workflows and validation rules.
📌Data Integrity: Obsessive about documentation and preventing duplicate data.
📌Communication: Strong ability to explain system changes to the team.
STARTING RATE: $8USD/hour
Schedule: Must be available to work in US Timezones
