Requirements:

  • 3+ years in talent acquisition and/or HR operations (agency or specialized services preferred)
  • Proven ability to recruit specialized roles (SEO, paid media, design, analytics, engineering)
  • Experience running structured hiring: intake, sourcing, interviews, scorecards, offers, and closing
  • Working knowledge of multi-state U.S. employment basics (classification, documentation, onboarding compliance)
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS tools (Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby; Rippling/BambooHR/Gusto or similar)
  • Strong judgment, confidentiality, and crisp written communication in a remote-first environment
  • Ability to overlap ≥4 hrs with Pacific Time; comfortable operating asynchronously
  • Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for priority roles: sourcing strategy, pipeline management, and candidate experience
  • Run role intake with hiring managers and maintain clarity on leveling, expectations, and evaluation
  • Build interview plans and scorecards; ensure consistent, high-signal assessment and fast feedback loops
  • Coordinate scheduling, feedback collection, and offer workflows with speed and precision
  • Maintain and improve onboarding so new hires ramp quickly in a remote environment
  • Support HR operations: policy documentation, employee lifecycle workflows, and compliance coordination
  • Report on recruiting funnel metrics and continuously improve process quality and efficiency
