We are hiring a full-time remote HR Recruiter with proven prior HR and recruitment experience to run our internal recruiting and coordination operations. This is a long-term role and will function as the primary recruiter and full-time secretary for the business.
This position is communication-heavy and requires frequent phone calls with U.S.-based candidates and employers. Clear, fluent English with an American accent is mandatory.
- Speak daily with job seekers and business owners via phone and email
- Post job openings and manage candidate intake
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Assist hiring companies throughout the full hiring process
- Maintain organized recruiting records and pipelines
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations
- Previous HR and recruitment experience is required (no entry-level applicants)
- Fluent English with a clear American accent (mandatory)
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
- Strong experience with candidate screening and interviewing
- Highly organized, reliable, and professional
