About the Role

Cadre Crew is hiring Home Services Virtual Assistants to support HVAC, cleaning, plumbing, and repair businesses in the US. You’ll be the operations backbone—answering calls, booking jobs, tracking payments, and keeping calendars clean—so owners can stay in the field and grow their businesses.

We’re not looking for a typical VA; we’re building a crew that runs full back-office operations with accountability and visibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Call & Message Handling – Answer customer calls, emails, and messages within 3 rings; log all inquiries.

  • Booking & Dispatching – Schedule jobs, optimize routes, and avoid double-bookings.

  • Quotes & Invoices – Send quotes same-day, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

  • Calendar & Admin Support – Keep QuickBooks, Jobber, and records up-to-date.

  • Client Engagement – Request reviews, follow up with repeat customers, and help businesses build loyalty.

  • Weekly Reporting – Provide business owners with clear summaries of calls, bookings, and revenue activity.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of VA, admin, or call center experience (service industry experience a plus).

  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).

  • Experience with scheduling, billing, or CRM systems (Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks preferred).

  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable with US time zones.

  • Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
