Status: Part-time (20hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities: 

·        Prior experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the insurance sector, is preferred.

·        Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and build rapport.

·        Make outbound calls to clients to address their insurance needs.

·        Explain the purpose of quotes and promptly address client inquiries or concerns.

·        Collect comprehensive details from clients about their insurance needs, covering preferences, limits, and additional requirements.

·        Maintain comprehensive records of obtained quotes for easy reference. Follow up with clients as needed to gather outstanding information or clarify details.

·        Collaborate with insurers and agents to secure personalized quotes for each client.

·        Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software for data entry and management.

·        Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and industry practices is preferred but not required.

Qualifications: 

·        Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.

·        Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and build rapport.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

·        Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting information.

·        Ability to navigate conversations tactfully and handle objections or inquiries professionally.

·        Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software for data entry and management.

·        Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.

·        Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and industry practices is preferred but not required.
