ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Frontend Developer / Frontend Team Lead with extensive experience building modern web applications and the ability to lead and manage frontend development teams.
The ideal candidate must combine advanced frontend engineering expertise with strong technical leadership, architectural thinking, and the ability to deliver scalable, responsive, and high-performance applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and manage frontend development teams.
Build and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Next.js.
Design scalable frontend architectures and reusable components.
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Ensure responsive design, application performance, and accessibility.
Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards.
Oversee frontend testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Manage frontend priorities and ensure timely project delivery.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Frontend architecture and component-based development.
REST APIs and backend integrations.
State management: Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
Testing tools: Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright.
EXPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP
5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring frontend developers.
Proven experience building complex, production-ready applications.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture and code quality.
Ability to manage development teams, technical priorities, and delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
