THE MISSION - You will be the second-in-command, moving from strategic guidance to full execution ownership.
RESPONSIBILITIES -

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS -
1. Drive new client acquisition and end-to-end revenue initiatives.
2. Manage the complete hiring cycle for clients without daily supervision.
3. Hire, train, and scale a core team of 3–4 recruiters/interns within 6–12 months.
4. Lead pitches, negotiations, and CXO-level relationships independently.
5. You must be highly LinkedIn savvy—an expert in Boolean search,strategic outreach and InMail strategies.
6. 4–8 years in recruitment in IT & Non IT roles with independent client-handling experience is required.
7. You must have an "Owner Mindset"—revenue-focused, detail-oriented, and a natural multi-tasker.
