As an XR Developer at AgencyCRM, you will be responsible for designing and developing immersive experiences that blend Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR) technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and development teams to bring innovative digital experiences to life that can be used for marketing, training, product visualization, or client projects.
- Design, develop, and implement XR applications using Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.
- Integrate interactive 3D assets and ensure seamless functionality across XR devices (VR headsets, AR-enabled smartphones, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, UI/UX teams, and software engineers to create engaging and realistic environments.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a smooth XR experience.
- Stay updated with the latest XR technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve the user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in XR, AR, or VR development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine and C# or C++ programming.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Blender or Maya is a plus.
