We’re looking for a talented VR Developer who can design and develop virtual reality experiences that transform the way users interact with digital environments.
The VR Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing virtual reality applications and experiences for web or standalone platforms. This role requires both creativity and technical expertise — transforming ideas into interactive, engaging, and realistic virtual environments. You will collaborate closely with designers, 3D artists, and other developers to deliver high-quality VR products aligned with AgencyCRM’s goals and client needs.
- Develop and deploy VR experiences using platforms such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Design, code, and integrate interactive elements in 3D environments.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and 3D modelers to create visually compelling virtual worlds.
- Ensure smooth performance and optimize VR experiences for different devices (VR headsets, mobile, or desktop).
- Implement realistic physics, animations, and interactions for user engagement.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of VR applications.
- Stay up to date with emerging VR tools, technologies, and trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Must be a Filipino applicant (residing in the Philippines).
- Proven experience as a VR Developer, Game Developer, or 3D Application Developer.
- Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine for VR development.
- Strong programming skills in C#, C++, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya, or similar) is an advantage.
- Understanding of VR hardware and SDKs (e.g., Oculus SDK, SteamVR).
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a startup environment.
