We're looking for an experienced commission-based sales closer to manage the entire process: US B2B prospecting, qualification, presentation, follow-up, and closing deals. 100% remote. 100% performance-driven.
- Research & qualify B2B prospects across the US market.
- Pitch and position our SEO offers with clear business impact.
- Own the follow-up and pipeline through signature.
- Report with concise daily task updates and a monthly performance review.
- Commission:10%–20% per deal, based on project complexity.
- Performance: Top performers have the opportunity to access upfront advances and enhanced incentives.
- Milestone Bonuses (30-Day Window):
- 5 new recurring monthly sales (MRR): $500 bonus
- 10 completed sales:additional $250–$500 bonus (based on deal size/complexity)
- Safety-Net Stipend: $100 every two weeks if a sales goal is missed and you meet these conditions for that period:
- ≥85% proficiency (see scorecard rubric below)

- Proven track record closing SEO deals (US B2B preferred).
- Elite communicator; self-driven, process-oriented, and resilient.

Daily Activity Targets (Mon–Fri):
- 60 new outbound touches/day (email, calls, LinkedIn)
- 12–15 live connects/day
- 3–5 qualified meetings booked/day
- 1–2 discovery calls/day
- Same-day CRM updates for every touch, stage, and next step
Quality Standards (Proficiency Rubric = 100 pts/day):
- Activity completion (volume vs. target) — 30 pts
- Meeting quality (ICP fit, agenda, next step set) — 20 pts
- Script & positioning adherence — 15 pts
- Objection handling (notes + next action) — 15 pts
- CRM hygiene (stages, notes, tasks) — 10 pts
- Daily report by EOD — 10 pts
